Request Telephone Consultation (One or Both Parties)

Brief Consultations: Please use this form to request a telephone consultation. We make no charge for brief consultations, which may last up to 15 minutes. Alternatively, you may call either (415) 378-7003 or (925) 235-3062.

In-Depth Consultations: Parties sometimes prefer an in-depth consultation with a mediator. In these instances, we recommend an in-person consultation. How-
ever, we also offer in-depth telephone consultations, which may be a one-on-one call or a three-way call to both parties. In-depth telephone consultations are for up to 40 minutes and cost $40. They provide a full opportunity to ask questions, understand the mediation process, and determine whether you’d like to proceed with mediation.
