Mediator Outreach/Invite Party to Mediation

One party will sometimes identify mediation as a preferred route to resolution while the other remains unsure or unaware of its benefits. Also, distrust may characterize the relationship between prospective parties to mediation. In these types of situations, clients are often best served if we reach out to the other party and invite him/her to mediation.

Please use this form if you’d like us to reach out to the other party on your behalf. We charge a $75 fee (non-refundable) for this service. We’ll first contact you to discuss the situation if we haven’t previously spoken. Then we’ll draft an introductory email before telephoning the other party to determine his/her interest in mediation. We’ll then let you know the other party’s response.
