A chapter of the Association for Conflict Resolution, the Association for Dispute Resolution of Northern California provides education and training to locally based conflict resolution professionals.

4.  American Bar Association's Section of Dispute Resolution
This section of the ABA provides information and assistance to its members, to legislators, and to the general public on all aspects of dispute resolution.

5.  Association of Family and Conciliation Courts
The AFCC is an association of judges, mediators, psychologists, attorneys, custody evaluators, and social workers dedicated to the resolution of family conflict.
