FeesNew Resolution is the better way to resolve conflict. We also strive to be the most affordable. For example, we manage our overheads and rely on word-of-mouth referrals rather than expensive advertising. We also offer sessions in multiple Bay Area locations that are often more convenient to where our clients live or work. You may choose either our “pay-as-you-go” plan or a package plan. You may also start with one payment plan and switch to another. Mediation Summary
Option A: “Pay-As-You-Go” PlanIdeal for short cases and instances where parties want to see if mediation will work for them before potentially switching to a package plan. This flexible plan requires minimal up-front expense. Fees are assessed in 10-minute increments (1 hour minimum). † A $100 case administration charge is payable before the first session. † A refundable advance payment for the first hour is required to book a session. † Either party may cancel up to 3 business days before a scheduled session. Shorter-notice cancellations incur a fee of $100. Option B: Package PlanBy purchasing a package, clients enjoy a sizable discount in comparison with the “pay-as-you-go” hourly rate. Many clients also feel that a package allows them to focus on the substantive issues without concern for the cumulative cost of each session. (In other words, packages eliminate the sense of a meter or clock that parties may experience under the “pay-as-you-go” plan.) The Express Package comprises three 2-hour sessions. The Plus Package comprises five 2-hour sessions. Refunds are available for unused sessions in a package. The refund amount is the difference between the cost of the package and the cost of the time spent in mediation calculated according to the hourly rate plan. ‡ A $100 case administration charge is payable before the first session. ‡ A refundable advance payment for the first hour is required to book a session. ‡ A party may cancel up to 3 business days before a scheduled session.
